1. Mostly help En. Hafiz updated the data at office.
2.Mostly preventive shutdown was held during night .

1.Follow team project off to shutdown at Perindustrian Nusa Cemerlang. This project is to create new supply at the new substation ( P/E Tong Garden )
2. Create loop in and loop out works at the new substation.
3. make a direct connection for incoming and outgoing cable.
4. resistance used to obtain the correct phase sequence. (R=10 ohm , Y= 0 ohm , B= 1 ohm )


























(10.6.2010)

1. Went to Taman Setanggi today because there was three feeder pillar ( fp No.9, No.10, No. 11 ) which have been broken and was stolen. Things that have been stolen was busbar and link unit and cause interference to the customer.
2. Before repair the feeder pillar, the main supply from P/E Taman Setanggi No.3 was off.
3. The total loss for the three feeder pillar is around RM18,000. 4. Learn how to install meter box at Taman Setanggi. the meter was single phase meter.





























4. Off to P/E Taman Damai Jaya, to detect the cause of failure.After checking the fuse and still cannot find the cause of failure, the job was assigned to fault finder team.


5. Around 4 pm, breakdown project at P/E Bayu Puteri No.3. The cause of failure was at the switchgear. The bushing at switchgear got contact with earth and created spark ( heat ) and that make the bushing explode. Generator set was used to gave supply to the customer so that the customer will not affected by the maintainance works.

The purpose of taking load reading is to record the reading load for monitoring the load that have been used. The load reading was taken around 10am or 8pm because that time is peak load.

2.Preventive shutdown at P/E LPN, Kempas ( outdoor ) . The shutdown was held for maintenance of switch gear and transformer.

Morning assembly and briefing by Hj. Kamim and En. Ismail. After that off to P/E Rumah Kedai Jalan Kuning to clean up the substation.

Today we had technical sport event at yard kempas.The event started around 10am after the vip came for the opening ceremony.

Today we have another assembly. En. Zaini Raya ( Pengurus Kawasan ) and En. Mohmad ( Jurutera Kanan Pembinaan dan Servis ) was also here this morning. The assembly is regarding the technical sports ( sukan teknikal) that will be organized by TNB Pasir Gudang this year but will be held at yard Kempas, Johor Bahru. The assembly is to announce the lists of participants that will participate in technical sports later on Thursday.

After that, we have a shut down project at P/E Taman Kenanga No.2 and No.3 for preventive works.


Preventive Procedure

1. The monthly shutdown schedule was prepared and submit to RCC ( regional control center ) two month before.

2. Submit the actual shutdown schedule to RCC a month before.

3. After getting an approval from RCC, they will key in the data in online shutdown management system to print out the notices for consumer.

4. Sent the notice to consumer to let them know there will be no electricity supply during this time.

5.The authorized person (AP) will request a permission from controller for the shutdown process.

6.RCC will issue authorization to AP.

7. For safety , AP will issue a SKMK ( Sijil Kebenaran Melakukan Kerja ) or PTW ( Permit To Work ) to CP.

8. Started the preventive works.

9. CP ( competence person) will canceled the PTW and submitted to AP.

10. AP will canceled the Autorization that given by RCC.

11.Start switching again

12. After everything was back to normal ( electric supply was back again ) informed RCC.









first step to do before clean and check the RMU / switchgear, earth the cable. this is for safety purposes.






































if the white color change to red, that means the Tx ( transformer) was not in good condition because have air inside the Tx.

Two types : 1. offload tap changer ( have to turn off the supply before change it manualy ) 2. Onload tap changer ( automatically changed. this is for Power transformer)

this is for load record. when there is load, the black needle will push up the red needle. when there is no load, the black one (current load) will back to its original position but the red one( maximum load) will stay at its place.
